Public offer for the purchase of e-magazines on the Bible Feminine Academy website
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter - the Offer) of Ilona Stanislavivna Prodan, an individual entrepreneur, registered at the address: Ukraine, 11706, Zhytomyr region, Zvyagel district, Zvyagel city, Zhytomyrska street, building 34/25, RNOCPP: 3578603841 (hereinafter - the Seller), and contains all the essential conditions for the purchase of electronic magazines presented on the site https://biblefeminineacademy.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
1.2. By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Offer.
1.3. This Offer is public and, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, is equivalent to a contract signed by the parties.
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. The seller is a natural person-entrepreneur Prodan Ilona Stanislavivna, who sells electronic magazines using the Site.
2.2. The buyer is a natural or legal person who orders electronic magazines on the Site.
2.3. Electronic magazines are digital publications sold by the Seller through the Site.
2.4. Order is a properly executed request of the Buyer to purchase electronic magazines selected on the Site.
3. Subject of the contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with electronic magazines, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the electronic magazines under the terms of this Offer.
3.2. This Offer regulates the purchase and sale of electronic magazines on the Site, including:
- voluntary choice by the Buyer of electronic magazines;
- independent execution of the Order by the Buyer on the Site;
- payment by the Buyer of the Order;
- providing access to electronic magazines to the Buyer after payment.
4. Placing an order
4.1. The Buyer places the Order on the Site by adding the selected e-magazines to the virtual cart and clicking the "Place Order" button.
4.2. The Seller is not responsible for the correctness of the data specified by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.3. After placing the Order, confirmation of the Order will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
5. Price and payment of the order
5.1. Prices for electronic magazines are indicated on the Site and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally without warning the Buyer.
5.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Order by choosing one of the payment methods offered on the Site.
5.3. Payment is considered made from the moment funds are credited to the Seller's account.
6. Order delivery
6.1. Delivery of e-magazines is carried out by providing the Buyer with access to digital copies of e-magazines on the Site or via e-mail after confirmation of payment.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the received e-magazines and request a refund in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights.
7.2. To process a return, the Buyer must contact the Site's support service.
8. Liability of the parties
8.1. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's losses arising from the improper use of electronic magazines purchased on the Site.
8.2. The seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties, which led to the disruption of the Site.
9. Privacy
9.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal information to third parties, except for the cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. The Seller uses the Buyer's personal information exclusively to fulfill the order and provide access to electronic magazines.
9.3. The Seller undertakes to ensure an adequate level of protection of the Buyer's personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Offer without prior notice to the Buyer.
10.2. All disputed issues arising in connection with the execution of this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in court proceedings in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
